    • Architect of Biostarks' AI-native platform — three layers built end-to-end: a semantic retrieval ground truth (Elasticsearch biomarker authority file, 1200+ entries), a fleet of production LLM agents (customer-facing for clinical workflows + internal copilots for ops), and a Symfony event-driven back-office that orchestrates them. Peer-reviewed, versioned, in production.
    • Biostarks front-end platforms (ReactJS + TailwindUI) — same stack for two apps: patient app with structured capture (conditions, supplements, protocols), lab report (PDF/HL7) + genomic data ingestion, longitudinal biomarker visualization (Highcharts + animated score wheel) powering Maurice/Henri recommendations; B2B practitioner portal with patient cohort management, role-based access, result sharing and operational analytics dashboards.
    • Backend architecture rebuild and AWS CI/CD via CloudFormation (infrastructure as code).
    • WordPress → Shopify Hydrogen migration in full-metaobjects headless mode, with server-side tracking (GA4 Measurement Protocol + Meta Conversions API).
    • Symfony back-office extension into event-driven architecture (covered by 2,800+ automated tests): DBS kit lifecycle, B2B partner APIs, orchestration and versioning of AI agent prompts in production.
    • Customer-facing AI agents in production: Maurice (context-aware multi-biomarker clinical scoring — therapeutic protocols, longitudinal panels), Henri (document intelligence — OCR / HL7 / multi-lab PDFs normalized to the authority schema), Sally (genomic value extraction from PDFs), Clyde (multilingual translation).
    • Internal operational copilot fleet on Claude CoWork: Slack / Notion signal-mining, autonomous task generation with peer-review gates, quality supervision and daily structured reporting — replaces recurring stand-ups.
    • Semantic retrieval ground truth — biomarker authority file on Elasticsearch / AWS OpenSearch: 1200+ entries, 20+ classes, multi-lab / multi-language disambiguation. Versioning and changelog backed by Notion, peer-reviewed enrichment via the Claude `biomarkers-explorer` skill (propose → confirm → commit, audit log).
    • Claude Skills + MCP ecosystem unifying Slack ⇄ Notion ⇄ Jira ⇄ Linear into a single command surface, extended to non-tech teams via Claude CoWork — any team member operates their tools in natural language (`task-operator`, `biomarkers-explorer`, `doc-operator`).
    • Eval and observability layer for production agents: capture → review → regression-test, with quality-gate skills blocking any prompt change before it ships.
    • Git workflow automated via a local Claude Code skill — commits with generated changelog, automatic branch merging, tag versioning.
    • Labsoft — internal system (Laravel + Python pipelines) transforming raw lab data into final client results: computation, normalization, distribution. REST APIs with OAuth2 + Webhooks for real-time sync.
