Full-stack ownership of Biostarks’ biomarker testing platform — Symfony back-office and REST APIs, Patient/PRO apps with a multi-tenant white-label partner layer, an AI-native stack (retrieval, production agents, orchestration), laboratory pipelines, and AWS/Shopify delivery.

• Designed and evolved a Symfony back-office used as the operational CMS — patient and practitioner management, kit and results lifecycle, email templating, system reference data (biomarkers, translations, food, internal tools), agent prompt configuration, and AI job status tracking.
• Designed and shipped the production REST API powering Patient and PRO applications — kit lifecycle, results, insights, patient/practitioner management — and public partner APIs with OAuth2 for result rendering in external applications.
• Built Patient and PRO React applications and the multi-tenant white-label layer for partner organizations (laboratories, supplement brands, B2B) — partner personalization, tenant isolation, HL7 import, results viewing/sharing, PDF and genomic upload, and structured health intake; PRO adds multi-patient management.
• Co-developed Biostarks’ AI-native platform end-to-end (RAG + agent orchestration):
  • Data — Elasticsearch biomarker authority file (1,200+ entries) as semantic-retrieval ground truth.
  • Agents — production LLM agents: Maurice (context-aware multi-biomarker clinical scoring), Henri (OCR / HL7 / multi-lab PDF document intelligence), Sally (genomic value extraction), Clyde (multilingual translation).
  • Orchestration — Symfony event-driven back-office running versioned, peer-reviewed prompts and jobs in production, with PII/PHI anonymization before every external LLM call.
• Built internal operational copilots on Claude CoWork for Slack / Notion signal-mining, autonomous task generation with peer-review gates, quality supervision, and daily structured reporting.
• Built Labsoft (Laravel and Python pipelines) transforming raw laboratory data into client-ready results — computation, normalization, and distribution — via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Owned AWS infrastructure and deployment workflows for platform services, and delivered the headless Shopify Hydrogen storefront migration with e-commerce tracking.
